You will need to disassemble the second bread maker just like you did the first except you will not remove the wiring harness.  You should still take pictures of the wiring of the second bread maker.  You may decide to use the second bread maker as the base for a coffee roaster in the future.  It’s best to go ahead and document the wiring before you start butchering it.

Once you’ve disassembled the second bread maker you should have free access to the heating element in that bread maker.  Extract the heating element and connecting hardware.
